Tellmerge

Terms of use · Last updated August 2026

The terms, in plain language.

These govern your use of the Tellmerge add-in and this website, operated by Souq E Kamil Trading and Solutions WLL ("we", "us"), Kingdom of Bahrain. Using or buying Tellmerge means you accept them — including §4, which limits what Tellmerge may be used for.

1. Your licence

When you buy Tellmerge we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the add-in with one mailbox, for as long as you like. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Using that same mailbox across several of your own devices is included.

Team and Business licences grant the number of mailboxes stated at purchase. Seats may be reassigned within your organisation as people join and leave.

2. The free trial

Tellmerge runs unrestricted for 14 days from the first time it is opened in a mailbox, with no payment details required. When the trial ends, sending stops until a licence key is entered. Nothing you created is deleted, and the add-in stays installed.

3. What you may not do

You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute Tellmerge or your licence key; share a single-mailbox licence across several mailboxes or people; or reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the add-in except where the law expressly permits it.

4. What Tellmerge is for, and what it is not for

Tellmerge is a document utility for business correspondence: sending each recipient their own invoice, statement, payslip, certificate or similar document, together with a short covering note. It is licensed for that purpose.

It may not be used for marketing. Specifically, you may not use Tellmerge to send unsolicited email; promotional, advertising or campaign email; email to purchased, rented, scraped or otherwise harvested address lists; or email to anyone who has not given you a reason to contact them. It is for people who are already expecting to hear from you.

Tellmerge is deliberately built without the features a marketing tool would need — it stores no contacts, schedules nothing, tracks no opens or clicks, manages no subscriptions, and operates no sending infrastructure of its own. If you need those, you need a different product.

You also may not use Tellmerge to send on behalf of a mailbox you are not authorised to use, or in any way that breaches your mail provider's acceptable use policy. We may revoke a licence used against these terms, without a refund, and we would.

Because Tellmerge sends from your own mailbox, you — not we — are the sender of everything it sends. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient and for complying with the data-protection law that applies to you and to them. Your mail provider, normally Microsoft, sets its own limits on volume and rate; those limits are theirs, not ours, and we cannot raise them for you.

5. Purchases, taxes and refunds

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record; your contract of sale is with Paddle, which handles payment, applicable VAT or sales tax, and invoicing. Every purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked — see the refund policy.

6. Updates and availability

Your licence includes updates and improvements to Tellmerge. We work to keep it compatible with supported versions of Outlook, but Microsoft's platforms evolve and we cannot guarantee compatibility with every future or unsupported version.

Licence activation needs our server to be reachable. If it is temporarily unavailable, the add-in keeps working on its cached entitlement rather than locking you out — a hiccup at our end is not treated as a verdict on your licence.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Tellmerge is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable — and the preview-every-message design exists precisely so that you stay in control of what goes out — but to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You are the sender. Review the preview before you send: once a message has left your mailbox it cannot be recalled by us, and we are not liable for the consequences of a message you chose to send. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. If we update them we will change the date at the top of this page; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: support@seksolution.com.
