Privacy policy · Last updated August 2026

What we hold, and what we never see.

Tellmerge is built so that the sensitive part of your work — who you are writing to, what you are sending them — never reaches us in the first place. This page says exactly what does.

The short version. Your recipient list, your attachments and your message text are processed entirely on your own device and sent straight from your own Outlook mailbox to Microsoft. We operate no server that any of it passes through. What we do hold is a licence key, the email address you bought with, and a per-day count of anonymous page views on this website.

This policy covers the Tellmerge Outlook add-in and this website, both operated by Souq E Kamil Trading and Solutions WLL ("we", "us"), Kingdom of Bahrain. Questions or requests: support@seksolution.com.

1. What never leaves your device

All of the following is read and processed inside the add-in, in your browser or Outlook client, and is never transmitted to us:

  • Your recipient list — the spreadsheet, CSV or pasted table, and every address in it.
  • The files you attach. They are read from your disk by the file picker and encoded in the message.
  • Your subject line, message body and merge fields.
  • The merged result — the finished emails you preview.

When you send, the finished messages go from the add-in directly to Microsoft Graph, using a token Microsoft issues to you. They are sent by your mailbox and appear in your Sent Items. We are not in that path, cannot read those messages, and keep no copy.

Tracking your recipients

Tellmerge does not add open-tracking pixels or rewrite your links for click tracking. If you want to know whether someone read your email, you will have to ask them.

2. What our licence server holds

Licensing runs on our own Cloudflare Worker. It stores only what is needed to issue a key and check it is being used on one mailbox:

DataWhyKept for
Licence keyTo recognise a valid purchaseLife of the licence
Buyer email, name, companyTo send you the key, and for support and refundsLife of the licence
A one-way hash of the mailbox address the key is activated onTo enforce one seat per mailbox, and to time the free trialUntil you deactivate
Payment transaction idSo a repeated webhook can't issue two keys for one purchaseLife of the licence

We do not store your mailbox address. The add-in hashes it before it is sent, and the hash cannot be reversed back into an address by us. It functions purely as an identifier that is stable for you and meaningless to anyone else.

No message content, no recipient addresses and no attachments ever reach this server. It has no interface that could return them, because it never receives them.

3. Payment

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record. Your contract of sale is with Paddle. They collect and process your payment details, billing country and any tax information — we never see your card details. Paddle passes us your email address, name and company so we can issue and support your licence.

Paddle's own privacy notice governs their handling of your data: paddle.com/legal/privacy.

4. This website

This site sets no cookies and embeds no advertising or third-party analytics. It sends one small beacon per page view to our own server, containing a page name and nothing else — no identifier, no address, no fingerprint. The server increments a counter for that page and that day. We can see that the pricing page was viewed 40 times yesterday; we cannot see who viewed it, or link two views together.

That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. Two exceptions worth naming: the Paddle checkout, when you open it, is Paddle's own and sets what Paddle needs to take a payment; and our web fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so no third party learns you were here.

5. Microsoft permissions

On first send, Microsoft asks you to grant Tellmerge two delegated permissions: Mail.Send (send mail as you) and User.Read (read your own name and address, so the pane can show which mailbox it will send from). These are granted to you, by Microsoft, and are used only inside your own session. We hold no Microsoft credentials of yours and cannot act on your mailbox when you are not using the add-in.

You can withdraw them at any time in your Microsoft account settings, or by removing the add-in.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. In practice that means your licence record and your purchase email. Write to support@seksolution.com and we will action it, normally within a few working days.

Note that deleting a licence record deactivates the licence — we cannot both erase your key and keep it working. Purchase records may need to be retained where tax law requires it; those are held by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

7. Sub-processors

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and the licence server.
  • Paddle — Merchant of Record; processes payments and issues invoices.
  • Resend — delivers your licence-key email.
  • Microsoft — your own mailbox provider, acting for you rather than for us.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material — if we ever started collecting something we don't collect today — we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing a sentence.
